Hey Karena - Thanks for the shots! They are awesome - great work!
I saw someone snapping away in the front row so I'm gathering it was you.
The one with the light exploding out out behind Suze, casting her in a shadow, is f*ckin' awesome!

Thought i'd share how i came about BA's. I was 18 (many years ago )and working in a clothing store that allowed you to play any music you liked. BA's came on and i rememeber turning to my work mate and asking who they were. She said the BA's. I was taken straight away as i myself was a chick who had been playing guitar since a kid and dreamed of making it. I then saw the clip to earling warning and the rest is history. Thank you Suze Demarchi you were and still are an inspiration to me. Even when i thought i'd made it fronting my first band in the early 90's getting payed $10 a gig and going on at 2.00am to face a crowd of druncken dicks you still inspired me. When ever in doubt remember people still care and you have impacted alot of souls. Thank you for sharing your gift.

Suzi DeMarchi is not your average soccer mom. Sure, over the last few years she’s lived in virtually obscurity as a typical LA suburban housewife happily married with two kids, but she was also once the smoky-voiced femme fatale of Baby Animals, a band feted in the early ‘90s as darlings of Australian hard rock, a band whose FM-ready muscular hooks held the record for highest selling rock album in the country (until Jet stole the crown only recently), and a band that toured with the likes of The Black Crowes, Van Halen and Robert Plant. But now, the Baby Animals are back, and DeMarchi is putting down her apron, and picking up her old guitar again. Metaphorically, of course.
